180 Studios is excited to announce our Meet the Makers Mixer event, happening every third Thursday of every month from 5-8pm. This Meet the Makers event is happening on THURSDAY MARCH 21st, from 5-8pm and is free and open to the public. This event series will highlight 180 Studios as a hub for creative members and volunteers as well as showcasing many exciting projects from the Sonoma County maker community.
We would like you to join us for the opening of 180 Studios first art exhibition. The theme for this exhibition is When Pigs Fly. Artists included are Hepos, Brett Grunig, Nate HenrySilva, Todd Barricklow, Wil Smith, Loren Butchart, Gan Intelisano,Tony Brown, Kelly Bonsall, Vanessa Walsh, Briona Rachellle, and Martin Gilbertson. This exhibition will run from March 21 through June 7, with an opening reception happening on Thursday March 21, from 5-8pm, beer provided by Old Caz Beer.
The mission of 180 Studios is to provide a dynamic environment for creative collaboration that supports the teaching, learning, and practicing of industrial and creative arts, as well as engineering and design. 180 Studios provides space and equipment to meet the needs of hobbyists as well as those engaged in incomeproducing activities. The building provides ample and diverse spaces for workshops on a wide range of topics such as metalworking, fiber arts, and robotics, and an ideal setting for maker related community events.
