introduction to Welding

This is a basic course for students in allied fields that utilize welding processes. Students will be introduced to welding equipment, nomenclature, safety, and the oxyacetylene, shielded metal arc, and gas metal arc welding processes. Manipulative skills will be developed in cutting and welding in the flat and in the vertical down positions.
