Learn the fundamentals of Fusion 360 in a three hour class where you will create a 3D model of a laptop stand that can be laser cut or 3D print after you complete your model. (Please note, the lasercutting and 3D printing is NOT a part of this class). First hour will consist of fundamentals of 3D design, including key Fusion 360 terms and 2D plane sketching. Second hour will be spent building the 3D objects that will make up the laptop stand (this is where you will need the dimensions of a laptop). Third hour will be completing the project and exporting it as a .DXF file to laser cut and/or a .STL file for 3D printing that you will be able to take and make!

Class Goals:

Create a laptop stand for your laptop that you can then use to lasercut yourself!
